Mr. Grochowski (Ret US Army Major) – is the co-founder of Gordon Scott Consulting. His leadership experience includes: military outpatient clinics, hospital surgery departments and surgery centers. He has been in healthcare for over 24 years in several different capacities. His leadership style is based on military doctrine of leading by example and is results oriented. His knowledge skills and abilities include: human resources management, organizational culture transformation, operational efficiency, accreditation planning and preparation, productivity management, and maximizing teamwork and communications.


Over 12 years of first line management experience based on foundation of Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master’s degree in Management. A respected manager with extensive clinical operations knowledge in both hospital and ASC based outpatient surgery. Specializing in OR throughput and efficiency. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Adept at building mission focused organizational culture. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills developed through 23 years of comprehensive military leadership training.
